Dr. Jin A. Cho
I enjoy providing painless, compassionate dental care to patients of all ages. Each person comes to me with a unique clinical need or needs, along with individual concerns, and it’s my responsibility to find treatment solutions that work for their situation. I enjoy the professional challenges of caring for a diverse group of people, each with their own needs, and I always recommend minimally invasive approaches that will yield the strongest results in the most affordable and timely manner, to ensure the patient has the best treatment experience.
When I was considering career paths, dentistry seemed like the right profession for me, because I grew up in a family that owns a dental lab in California, so I was raised around the concept of providing dental care. But I also knew I wanted to work directly with people and deliver hands-on care to patients, because I found the personal connections to be rewarding. I made the right choice.
It’s amazing to work in a profession where I am able to make significant, positive changes in the lives of so many wonderful people, every day. And to do so in such a way that I am also able to develop strong, long-term relationships with them, is particularly fulfilling. I treasure the conversations we have and what we learn from each other, and the friendships that evolve over time.

Each year I pursue many hours of continuing education in oral healthcare. There are constant developments in the field, from new technologies and materials to treatment methodologies, and it’s my responsibility to stay at the leading edge of these changes. My patients trust me to provide them with the highest quality treatments, care options, and a positive environment in which to receive their care. By attending meetings, seminars, and lectures, as well as staying abreast of the relevant professional journals, I am able to exceed their expectations.

My wife, Dr. Sopanis Cho, and I have two children. Our family loves to travel together and we do so as often as we can. I also enjoy golf and photography.
Dr. Darlene K. Vaughan
With over 50 years of dedicated dental experience, I am proud to care for smiles at Glendale Dental Associates, where I joined Dr. Cho nearly eight years ago. I began my career serving patients in the Broad Ripple community, and my passion for dentistry has only grown over the decades.
Outside of the clinic, family is my greatest joy, and I love visiting my two adult children and four wonderful grandchildren. I also have a passion for traveling the world to search for sea glass, which I craft into unique jewelry. In my free time, you can find me staying active with water aerobics, diving into a good book club pick, or exploring local farmers’ markets and art fairs.
Dr. Linh Nguyen
Dr. Nguyen is passionate about providing high-quality, personalized dental care while creating an environment where every patient feels heard, respected, and comfortable. She believes that personalized dentistry begins with trust, compassion, and genuine relationships, not just treating teeth.
Having experienced dental anxiety herself, Dr. Nguyen understands firsthand how overwhelming a dental visit can feel and truly tries to empathize with those that struggle with this. She takes the time to listen carefully, explain treatment recommendations, answer questions, and guide patients through each step of their care so they can feel informed and at ease. To her, long-lasting oral health comes from helping patients understand not only what treatment they need, but why they need it. Her goal is to change the way people think about going to the dentist – from something to fear into an experience built on understanding, comfort, and trust. On top of this, she holds herself to a high standard of care because she believes every patient deserves to leave feeling confident in the work she has done for them.
Dr. Nguyen values building meaningful relationships with her patients and enjoys getting to know them beyond their dental needs. Whether it’s discovering shared hobbies, celebrating life milestones, or simply catching up at each visit, she believes those personal connections help create a more comfortable and positive experience.
Education
Dr. Nguyen earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the UTHealth Houston School of Dentistry in Texas, where she graduated among the top of her class. She is committed to providing the highest standard of care by completing several hours of continuing education courses each year to stay current with the latest techniques, technology, and evidence-based dentistry.

Outside the Office
When she’s not caring for patients, Dr. Nguyen enjoys trying new restaurants, staying active at the gym, and traveling to new places to eat local foods and practice her photography. She recently got married and relocated to be with her husband in Westfield where they are enjoying getting integrated into the new community up there. The two are also proud cat parents to Mochi, who keeps life entertaining at home!
